16,900 acres featuring flowing streams, springs, caves and bluffs; contiguous with the 22,500-acre Lower Buffalo Wilderness on the Buffalo National River. Combined, these form one of the largest areas of unbroken wilderness in the eastern United States. There are no trails; however, there are several old roads which provide good access.
