Just went to use the sanitary dump. It was clean and functioned well. - The staff was very pleasant and gave good directions. - From looking at the campground I think that it would be a great place to spend a week or so. - There are really nice trees.

Falling Waters State Park is a small state park home to Florida's highest waterfall at 72 feet - Falling Waters Sink. A small creek tumbles down into a deep sinkhole and disappears into an underground cave. The creek is very small and it can dry up completely so best to visit after a good rain. Besides the waterfall, there are a couple short hiking trails, a campground and a 2-acre lake for swimming. I spotted some beautiful mountain azalea blooming along the trails. Another trail leads to sinkholes, but it was closed when I visited.

This park is beautiful!! Lots of really cool natural features!! We tent camped for the weekend. Our tent site was huge (#20), the bathrooms are super clean and well maintained!! Whether coming for a day at the lake or a family camping weekend, this is a great choice!!

We enjoyed Falling Waters. The trees were magnificent and the pathways well marked. I also enjoyed reading the information plaques. We had a clothes line at our site which came in really handy since RV 's always seem low on hanging space. Staff were helpful and the sites well kept.
