Beautiful resort, family-friendly and clean. Nice room with comfortable beds and incredible views. Hickory Room breakfast buffet was very good with prompt service by pleasant and courteous employees. Gift shop and neighboring cafe were also clean and staffed with very friendly people. Cafe had several tasty food choices and desserts at surprisingly reasonable prices. Gift shop had an extremely nice selection also with good prices. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to family and friends!

We stayed in a 4 bedroom cabin and have done so for the past 4 years. We absolutely love coming out here and enjoy the quietness and seclusion. The resort pool is awesome! We usually stay in the same cabin every year and were pleasantly surprised by the addition of Wifi and satellite TV. Bathrooms could use some cosmetic updates and better maintenance. Bathroom fan did not work. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and will continue to come back every year.

Really great choice for family camping. Nice sized sites and good activities for children. Very quiet campground and amazing views of the mountains. The bathrooms have some minor issues, just generally need to be redone- toilets not flushing well and shower heads with inconsistent flow. Otherwise we love it. Likely will return!

I camped in the campground and loved how spacious the sites are. I did not take advantage of the pool as it was a mile and a half away. Once I hooked up my class b, I didn't want to unhook and to walk I'd have to leave my pup behind. It was a good opportunity to do laundry and empty tanks. I wish the comfort station had been more comfortable especially for a resort. It was dated and low water pressure.

Always a good place to stay, we come once in the winter to ski, once in the summer to kayak (Cheat River at Parsons or Potomac near Moorefield) and hike. Very nice outdoor and indoor pools with view of the mountains, ice rink in the winter. Nice restaurant, pub and coffee/smoothie shop food options. Clean, nicely decorated rooms at reasonable prices. Try savvy senior rates if your 60+.
